Kimmy Gatewood, THE FACULTY
Kimmy Gatewood is an accomplished writer, director, producer and performer. She has been seen and heard in tons of national commercials and voiceovers. She was named Best of Time Out NY, ECNY Best Musical Act Winner, ECNY Best Director Nominee and Andy Kaufman Award Semi-Finalist. She has performed at Second City NY, UCB Theatre, The Peoples Improv Theatre and the Off-Broadway show Chicago City Limits. Her writing credits include ESPN, Fox Atomic, The Oxygen Network, The Complete Idiot's Guide to Jokes, "Scarrie: the Musical" and numerous industrials. She is a partner at Vaguely Qualified Productions, which produced Comedy Central's "The Watch List" and the feature documentary film "Nerdcore Rising" (SXSW Film Festival). Her critically acclaimed and award winning comedy group The Apple Sisters is taking the world by storm, having performed with Chevy Chase, Ingrid Michaelson, the cast of SNL, and at festival across the U.S. Kimmy is a skilled host and musician, and she is well-known for her incredibly fun intro level improv classes and sold out Characters and Dialect Classes.
